About me
Who do I help?
I work with men, women, and couples to address the causes of ill-health and troublesome symptoms that are impacting their lives. I specialise in alleviating and preventing symptoms linked to female and male intimate health, fertility issues, and chronic health conditions that cause fatigue, pain, and discomfort.

My Mission
I started in clinical practice in 2008, and for over 17 years I’ve been helping people just like you take control of their health, regain vitality, and live their best life. My training in nutrition, integrative functional medicine, nutrigenomics, and acupuncture allows me to gain a deeper understanding of the causes of your health issues.
Together, we’ll make the changes needed to achieve your health goals — whether that’s optimising fertility, navigating hormone changes, restoring gut health, or simply living a healthier, happier life.
What makes me different?
I practice functional nutrition to uncover and address the root cause of system dysfunction and help your body heal. I also use integrated styles of acupuncture to support and enhance treatment outcomes. My approach blends science with empathy — combining deep clinical insight with genuine, personalised care.

My Journey back to Health
For years, I lived with unexplained symptoms. I was told repeatedly that nothing was wrong — that it was probably just stress or in my head. But I knew something wasn’t right.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. That moment marked the start of a new journey. Health became a huge driver for me. I began learning what I could do to support my own body — through diet, lifestyle changes, and the right treatments alongside medical care. Slowly, I began to feel better.
My experience through this made me want to support others on the road to restoring and improving their health — helping people understand their bodies and feel like themselves again.
A Bit About My Work
I work with people from all walks of life and with a wide range of health concerns. For many years, I specialised in female health and fertility — and I still work deeply in those areas — but over time, more and more people came to me with other issues too.
Fatigue. Hormonal symptoms. Digestive struggles. Autoimmune conditions.
People who didn’t feel quite right — and wanted clarity, support, and a way forward.

How I Work
I use a combination of functional testing, personalised nutrition, and lifestyle strategies to get to the root of what’s going on. It’s not about quick fixes or strict rules — it’s about making sense of your health and building a plan that fits your life.
I was completely fascinated when I first came across nutrigenomics while studying nutrition. The idea that diet and lifestyle could influence how our genes are expressed — and that our genetic traits could, in turn, shape what we need to eat and how we live — instantly resonated with me. Within a month, I’d tested myself and my whole household.
Understanding my genetic traits gave me the clarity and answers I’d been looking for — insight into how best to support my health, both now and for the future. That curiosity quickly became a deeper passion, and I went on to train further in the field with different providers, eventually becoming a BANT-registered Nutrigenetic Counsellor.
In clinic, nutrigenomics is a core part of how I support clients. I understand the importance of genetic traits — SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) — but I also know it’s the extent to which these traits are expressed that impacts our health. Think of it like the gun and trigger analogy: genes may load the gun, but it’s your environment and choices that pull the trigger. That’s why I combine nutrigenomics with functional testing, to explore which traits are influencing your health. It’s a powerful way to connect the dots between your genetics and your current health.
Let me Help You
I’m not here to hand out rigid plans or tell you what to do — I’m here to listen, understand what’s going on for you, and help you find the right support for your health. What matters most to me is helping you feel better, understand your body, and take back a sense of control.
Outside of clinic life, I love spending time with my husband, son, and our Fox Red Lab Bonzo. I enjoy being in nature, cooking meals that feel good to eat, and enjoying a slow weekend. I swim regularly and am always curious — whether it’s about food, health, or life in general.
For me, health isn’t just about symptoms — it’s about resilience, balance, and having the right tools to navigate life. That belief shapes everything I do in my practice, and it’s what keeps me grounded — both professionally and personally.

I offer a free 15-minute discovery call so we can chat about what’s going on and see if it feels like a good fit.
