I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I will show you how to a holistic approach that uncovers the root causes of your symptoms but also targets current symptoms.

Rather than provide you with specific diet plans: Instead, you will learn how to make informed food choices. We work together to understand the foods that are right for your body, and the nutrients your body needs to support your current and future health. This way you feel supported to make your own food choices right from the very start.

In addition to assessing what you eat, we look at factors including when and how you eat in order to maximise your nutrient absorption and digestive health. It’s about creating a sustainable food plan that works and supports you.

When obtaining or absorbing essential nutrients becomes a challenge, or when test results indicate deficiency, I may recommend key supplements.

Recommendations are carefully selected and consider your medications, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs. Guidance on specific brands, doses, and timings are given to best support you.
