This way you feel supported to make your own food choices to achieve your health goals right from the very start.

In addition to assessing what you eat, we look at factors including when and how you eat in order to maximise nutrient absorption and digestive health. It’s about creating a sustainable food plan that works and supports you.

When obtaining or absorbing essential nutrients becomes a challenge, or when test results indicate deficiency, I may recommend key supplements.

Recommendations are carefully selected and consider your medications, dietary preferences, and needs. Guidance on specific brands, doses, and timings are given to best support you.
