Working with me

Your Personalised Nutrition Journey

Nutrition therapy is a collaborative process focused on you. Together, we explore your health history, lifestyle, and goals to craft a nutrition plan that fits your life and supports lasting change. I empower you with knowledge and practical tools to make informed food and lifestyle choices, helping you restore balance in your body and mind.

To help you feel your best, we use gentle, personalised lab tests that give us a clear picture of what’s happening inside your body. These tests help us uncover hidden imbalances and guide your nutrition plan so it really works for you — focusing on root causes rather than just symptoms. Together, this means we can create a plan tailored specifically to your biology, lifestyle, and goals, making your journey to better health clearer and more effective.

Your nutrition plan is created just for you. Instead of rigid diets, you’ll learn how to choose foods that nourish your body and support digestion and nutrient absorption. I provide clear, achievable recommendations around diet, lifestyle, and specific supplements that fit your needs and preferences.

I’m committed to quality over quantity. I run limited appointments, focusing on a select number of patients every few months. This approach allows me to give you my full attention, dedicated to improving your health and getting you the results you desire.

When you purchase a nutrition package with me, you’re not just getting a plan; you’re gaining a partner in your journey to better health. I’m here to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to make informed choices about your well-being.

Behind the scenes, I’m dedicated to understanding your unique health concerns: working diligently with testing laboratories, and providing you with research and resources. When you purchase a nutrition package, you’re entering into a close working relationship.

My commitment is to provide the guidance and support you’ve been looking for to restore your health. You are supported to make informed choices about your well-being and confidently make the necessary changes to reach health goals.

Consistency is key for lasting results. I offer ongoing coaching, accountability, and emotional support through regular sessions and accessible communication, keeping you motivated and on track even when life gets busy.

After a very worrying medical diagnosis, I consulted Lucy for Nutrition support. She guided me through various detailed lab tests to help find out what was really happening in my body. Her personalised and empathetic approach blends the science with practical, real-life advice and her enthusiasm really motivated me.

Lucy was able to really dig down into what was actually going on and unlock a pathway to recovery through the science of nutrition. She is full of wonderful little gems of knowledge - life hacks that really work from simple recipes to lifestyle choices. I feel very fortunate to have come across Lucy and would recommend her Nutritional advice 100%.

Since hitting menopause I have been struggling with feeling bloated, weight gain, brain fog and generally quite sluggish. I approached Lucy as I knew she had a keen interest in women’s health and had taken additional training in managing menopause.

Lucy took time to listen to my list of issues and help me understand what was going on with my body and initially gave me simple solutions which made me feel better after just a few weeks. I now have less bloating and a clearer brain and am optimistic that continuing with Lucy will enable me to improve all my health goals.
