Welcome to Lucy Clarke

Restoring
balance and health

I’m Lucy, and I work with men, women and couples to address the causes of ill- health and troublesome symptoms impacting on their life.

To ensure each client receives the time, attention, and in-depth support they deserve, I open my diary for new bookings every three months. This allows me to work closely and thoroughly with a small number of individuals at any given time — especially important when supporting complex or sensitive health concerns.

If you’d like to be notified when bookings reopen, you’re welcome to join my waiting list or contact me directly.

Testimonials from my happy clients

  • As a very keen walker I started to suffer bad foot pain which stopped me walking almost completely. I saw my GP & NHS physio then a private sports physio and also a private podiatrist. I also tried orthotics in my shoes - nothing worked for 3 months. I was getting very frustrated. I went to see Lucy and the results have amazed me. I had 4 weekly sessions of acupuncture and am 100% back to normal - the pain has... read more

I can not praise Lucy enough for the exceptional care I have received throughout my fertility journey. She has supported me during my IVF treatment and a miracle pregnancy. Lucy has guided me through every step and has provided with personalised advice. She has a wealth of knowledge about IVF/fertility in general which proved to be an invaluable resource. She is always happy to explain what she does during the treatment. I genuinely don't think I'd be a mum-to-be without... read more

  • Can’t recommend acupuncture Lucy highly enough for anything to do with women’s health and fertility. She has a huge amount of knowledge and always goes above and beyond to help make me aware of all options available to me. She took the time to get to know me and was never judgemental. I have no doubt that the success of my IVF treatment was helped by Lucy’s preparation and support of my body through acupuncture both before and during treatment.

I got to know Lucy as an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable practitioner of acupuncture. She is always happy to share her wisdom and answer more in depth questions about chinese medicine. Personally I feel acupuncture helps to keep as good as possible during long term medical treatment, it helps alleviate chronic pain and brings relaxation. I can definitely recommend her.

I can't recommend Lucy enough for acupuncture, especially for fertility. Lucy is very knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations and guidance. The treatment room is also a lovely relaxing space to wind down in.

  • Lucy is an incredible asset to the fertility and pregnancy world. Her knowledge of women's health is incredibly in depth and she constantly strives to improve her services and meet my needs. She supported me when I was trying to conceive and then when I was pregnant. She has since supported my son with his health. The impact on my wellbeing from Lucy was immense and I wouldn't think twice about seeking her help again the future.

Love Lucy! She’s amazing at what she does and is super knowledgeable about everything woman’s health! Left every treatment feeling so relaxed. The difference acupuncture has made to my symptoms is amazing and after being to the doctors countless times without getting any further forward I am honestly soooo happy I found Lucy! Could not recommend her more 🩷

I began seeing Lucy about 8 months after having surgery, which confirmed I had grade 4 endometriosis. The surgery unfortunately offered little relief from symptoms, and I continued living with chronic pain and fertility struggles. Other than further surgery or hormone therapy (not great whilst TTC!) I felt I had exhausted all my options. I began research into natural strategies to manage my condition, but found it hugely overwhelming and seemingly unachievable. I turned to Lucy to begin with acupuncture, however... read more

  • I started experiencing siatic pain, so I did a google search for acupuncturists near me. Painkillers were not helping. Lucy was one of many accounts that came up, and as fate would have it, I called for a consultation. She responded very quickly, and before i knew it, i was able to book and attend my first ever acupuncture appointment back in February 2022. I was expecting a painful experience with needles everywhere, but thought it couldn't be worse than the pain... read more

Lucy’s instantly put me at ease for my first treatment. Her attention to detail is second-to-none and her knowledge, incredible. I am indebted to her for her expertise and care during our block of treatment.

    Jacqui MacVicar

Lucy shows compassion and professionalism listening carefully to ‘you’ the patient. Lucy endeavours to offer the very best treatment she can. The clinic is clean, bright and well appointed, with parking. I have found the sessions to be very beneficial, I do not find it painful but it is a little strange. I always feel some benefit from a session and would recommend to commit to several sessions with an open mind.

  • Lucy is an incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and capable acupuncturist! Lucy exudes professionalism, but also has a kind, caring and respectful manner. Putting anyone who is new to acupuncture at ease. The clinic is warm, comfortable and relaxing. Throughout the treatment, Lucy’s knowledge, kindness and capability can be witnessed and the benefits afterwards are transformational! Any ailment I would recommend a visit to Lucy! Her insight and knowledge as well as her practical skill are an asset to Inverness (and the Highlands)!

I visited Lucy for the first time a month ago when I put my back out at work. Truthfully I was a little sceptical of the benefits of acupuncture, and a fear of needles didn't help, but after hearing and reading how it can help with back pain I decided I had nothing to lose. I heard about her through word of mouth. A colleague had a friend who had visited and had good results. On the first visit Lucy spent a... read more

I'd highly recommend Lucy to anyone thinking about getting acupuncture. In addition to being excellent at her job, she put me at ease as soon as I arrived, ensuring I was comfortable throughout each treatment. Initially I didn't know what to expect and Lucy was very patient while answering my (many, many) questions. She certainly knows what she's doing , clearly enjoys her job and wants to help her patients as much as she possibly can. The treatments certainly helped me and... read more
