This website is owned and operated by Lucy Clarke Nutrition and Acupuncture.  The information presented on the site is for general guidance only. Every attempt has been made to ensure the information contained is correct, accurate and uses reliable sources.

However, this information is provided in good faith and Lucy Clarke can make no guarantee of its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, suitability or reliability and shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity for the use of the information contained therein.

1-1 Functional Nutrition Programme T&C’s

  • Full payment is due at time of booking. This can be made by any card (Debit or Credit) or cash.
  • Once payment has been made, it is advisable to schedule and book a block of appointments in advance to ensure availability.
  • To achieve maximum benefit, the programmes are designed to be completed within a 12-week period.
  • If this is not possible (special circumstances may apply), it is essential that the programme is completed within 16 weeks.
  • Any outstanding sessions not taken beyond the 16-week period may be forfeited.
  • Cancellation / Rebooking: A minimum of 48 hours is necessary to cancel an appointment.
  • Notice of less than 48 hours may result in your appointment being forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS – I understand that sometimes your plans change and appointments need to be changed or cancelled. Please give Lucy Clarke at least 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy for Acupuncture appointments – without prior notice missed appointments are always charged. Repeat cancellations are always charged. A payment link will be sent for the treatment and full payment is expected on the day of the scheduled appointment.

Missed Acupuncture appointments without notice during a pre-paid course of FSA are deducted from remaining treatments.  

Cancellation policy for Nutrition Programmes – 14 days to cancel and process refund. However, if your paperwork has been returned and your case analysed a full refund is not given. You will forgo a deposit of £195 (equivalent to the Nutrition MOT) and receive a Personal Nutrition summary report.  A 48-hour minimum notice is needed to change or book appointments or a cancellation fee is charged. 

Cancellation policy for Nutrition Testing packages – After functional tests have been ordered it is not possible to cancel a testing package and no refunds are given.
