A personalised programme focusing on your goals and health needs over about three months. We work closely with standard functional tests, coaching, and practical lifestyle and supplement guidance to create sustainable change. Ideal for general health improvements and common conditions.
Precision Nutrition Therapy
A specialist, high-level approach using advanced functional testing such as genetic profiles, hormone panels, and metabolic assessments. This gives deep insights into your unique biochemistry to tailor highly specific interventions for complex or chronic issues.
