6-Month Programme
Precision Nutrition Programme
A six-month programme for those ready to look deeper.
If you’ve had a free consultation with me, this page gives you the full picture — how the programme works, what’s included, and how it’s been adapted by other clients to suit their goals and circumstances. If you’ve found your way here through another route, welcome — you’ll find everything you need to decide whether this is right for you.
What is Precision Nutrition
Precision Nutrition is my most comprehensive programme — a six-month, deeply personalised approach for people with complex, chronic, or multi-system health concerns, or for anyone who wants the most thorough possible understanding of their health.
It goes well beyond standard dietary advice. Using advanced functional testing and, where appropriate, nutrigenomic analysis of your DNA, I build a picture of your unique biochemistry — then use that to create a nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan that’s genuinely built around you.
Every programme is different. The base structure gives us the time, sessions and framework to do this properly. What we add in terms of testing and support is decided together, based on your symptoms, goals and budget.
Why it Takes Time?
Lasting change rarely comes from a single session. Precision Nutrition is built around the time it actually takes to:
- Properly investigate what’s going on, rather than guess at it
- Choose testing that’s relevant to you, not standard for everyone
- Explain your results clearly, so you understand what your body is actually telling you
- Check in, adjust, and refine your plan as we learn more
That’s the whole point of working this way.
Functional Testing
One of the things that sets Precision Nutrition apart is access to specialist functional testing that goes far beyond a standard NHS blood panel. Testing is always selected based on your individual symptoms, health history and goals — nothing is standard, and nothing is ordered without discussion.
Tests I use include:
- Advanced blood analysis — cardio-metabolic, thyroid, hormonal and nutritional markers
- Nutrigenomic (DNA) analysis — via Lifecode Gx or Regenerus, chosen based on what we’re looking to find out
- Comprehensive gut microbiome testing
- DUTCH hormone panel (dried urine)
- Organic Acids Testing (OAT)
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)
- Vaginal and urinary microbiome testing
- Food sensitivity testing (P88 panel)
- And more, depending on your case
I work across Medichecks, Inuvi Labs and Nationwide Pathology Labs, using these in combination to build custom panels tailored to your specific needs. All testing costs are paid directly by you to the relevant laboratory and agreed with you before anything is ordered — there are no surprises.
How the Programme Works
Here's what to expect in the Precision Nutrition Programme - from start to finish.
Select Your Programme
Usually following a free mini consultation, we’ll have discussed the ways I can best support your health. You’ll choose the Precision Nutrition programme and we’ll agree on any add-ons or additional testing that makes sense for your situation.
You’ll pay a deposit, complete a detailed health questionnaire, and forward any relevant test results or medical history before we meet. The remaining balance is paid before your initial consultation.
Initial Consultation & Information Gathering
This is where we meet in depth — either in person in Inverness or online — to go through your health history, symptoms and goals in detail. I carry out a full medication and supplement review, and we agree on a testing plan. Where you have recent bloods (within three months), we’ll work with these rather than repeating them unnecessarily.
Feedback Session & Testing
Around two weeks later, we meet again once I’ve reviewed your case in full. We finalise which functional tests to order, and testing begins. If you’re based in Inverness, I can take blood samples directly; otherwise I arrange a home test kit or phlebotomy referral.
We also begin working on your nutrition plan at this stage — we don’t wait for all results to be back before starting.
Your Six-Month Programme
Your programme runs for 24 weeks. We schedule sessions at a pace that works for you — typically monthly, with more frequent contact early on. Your plan evolves as results come in and your health progresses. You have email support throughout.

How People Use This Programme
Precision Nutrition is a framework, not a fixed prescription. The base programme gives us the time and structure to work together properly — but what that looks like in practice varies considerably from person to person.
To give you a sense of how different that can be, here are four broad ways clients typically use the programme. These aren’t tiers or packages — they’re just illustrations of the range.
Focused Deep Dive
Blood analysis, with or without targeted nutrigenomics layered in. Monthly sessions to support diet, lifestyle and supplement changes. Well-suited to complex or chronic health concerns where results can guide decisions quickly.
Time for Testing
Some specialist tests — such as gut microbiome or DUTCH hormone panels — take 4–6 weeks to be processed. This approach allows time for results to be received and integrated fully, with practical work beginning in month one.
Added Coaching Support
Additional NT Power Hours (£175/hr) integrated throughout the programme. These can cover health coaching, motivational support, meal planning, personalised food shopping lists, further explanation of results, or additional research.
Extended or Intensive Support
For those who want a longer programme, more frequent contact, or ongoing accountability and maintenance alongside their nutrition work. We agree the structure together based on what will be most useful for you.

Names have been changed to protect client confidentiality.
Testing used:
- Recent NHS blood tests used (HbA1c, cholesterol, liver markers)
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) add-on £50 per fortnight
How we worked together:
Stuart wanted to take action after being told he was pre-diabetic. As he had recent NHS blood tests (within three months), we were able to use these rather than repeat them — keeping his costs down from the start. We added CGM monitoring to understand how meals, stress, movement and sleep were affecting his blood sugar in real time. His programme focused on personalised nutrition changes, meal timing, strength training and sustainable weight management.
Total investment: £1,800
(Recent NHS bloods used — no additional testing cost)
Testing used:
- Vaginal Microbiome Testing
- Urinary Microbiome Testing
How we worked together:
Gemma had recurrent bacterial vaginosis, repeat UTIs and discomfort that was affecting her confidence and quality of life. Testing helped identify bacterial imbalance and low protective flora. We combined nutrition therapy, gut support, lifestyle guidance and targeted supplementation, alongside referral for prescribing support where appropriate.
Programme: £1,800
Additional testing: £480
Total investment: £2,280
Testing used:
- Targeted Nutrigenomics — 5 personalised reports (Lifecode Gx / Regenerus)
How we worked together:

Nutrigenomic insights helped guide a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan focused on cognition, inflammation balance, metabolic health and long-term wellbeing.
Programme: £1,800
Additional testing: £1,000
Total investment: £2,800
Testing used:
- P88 Food Sensitivity Testing

How we worked together:
Billy had long-standing constipation, bloating and skin flare-ups that he suspected were linked to food reactions. His programme included a phased nutrition plan, gut support, food reintroduction guidance and targeted supplementation.
Programme: £1,800
Additional testing: £800
Total investment: £2,600
Testing used:
- Advanced cardio-metabolic blood panel — including Apo A+B and Lipoprotein(a)

Programme: £1,800
Additional testing: £380
Total investment: £2,180
Testing used:
